No, they change based off the progress the client makes at the trainers discretion.

Patreasha builds her programs based off her studies of each body type.  If a food is not permitted, she believes it will hinder results.  If a certain food item is not specifically listed, it is not allowed in your plan at this time.

Every other week.  Weight, measurements, progress photos must be submitted via email.

The meal plans are deigned to be flexible and are expected to be followed at all times with the exception of scheduled cheat meals.

The online coaching program is subscription based. After the initial trial period of 30 days, payment is set up as an automatic monthly recurring charge.  You can cancel at anytime.
