The Patreasha Fit app is for members only.  Once you become a member you will receive an email invitation the day before your program starts which contains your username and password.

Patreasha builds her programs based off her studies of each body type.  If a food is not permitted, she believes it will hinder results.  If a certain food item is not specifically listed, it is not allowed in your plan at this time.
